How to run the Astral Hub loader, choose an executor, fix loader errors, reset your HWID, buy or boost for a key, and read script status.
Getting started
- How do I run a script?
- Copy the loadstring, paste it into your executor and run it while you are in a supported game. Free scripts use the loadstring on the Games page and paid scripts use the one on your dashboard Get the loadstring
- Which executor should I use?
- The Executors page shows which ones run on the latest Roblox build and whether they are detected. Right after a Roblox update most executors stop working until they update too. Check executor status
- Do I need a key?
- Free scripts work without one. Paid scripts need an active key. Purchase one on the home page or in the Discord server, or boost the server for a free key that lasts as long as you boost. Boost for a key
- Where is my key?
- Sign in on the dashboard. Every key you own is listed under the Keys section. Open the dashboard
Loader errors
- The loader says it is outdated
- A newer loader is out and the old one has stopped working. Copy the loadstring again from the Games page or your dashboard.
- The loader asks me to link Discord
- Keys only work for accounts with a Discord linked. Sign in on the dashboard, press Link Discord, then run the loader again. Link Discord
- The loader says a key is required
- The game you are in uses a paid script and the loader was not given an active key. Use the loadstring from your dashboard rather than the one on the Games page.
- The loader says my key is bound to another device
- Your key is locked to the device that used it first. Reset your HWID from the dashboard and it binds to the next device that runs it.
- The loader says my key is expired or revoked
- Expired means your key duration ran out. Revoked means the key was cancelled, for example after a refund, a chargeback, a broken rule, or a boost ending. (Booster keys come back when you boost again).
- The loader says there is no script for this game
- There is no script for the game you are in. The Games page lists every supported game. See supported games
- The loader says my access is blocked
- Access was removed for breaking the Terms of Service. If you think that is a mistake, open a ticket in the Discord. Read the Terms
Keys and devices
- Why does my key only work on one device?
- So a key cannot be shared. It binds automatically the first time it runs.
- How do I move my key to a new device?
- Press Reset HWID on the Keys section of your dashboard. Your keys then bind to the next device that uses them. You get one reset every 7 days, if you need another sooner, ask in the Discord. Open the dashboard
- My boost ended. What happened to my key?
- Booster keys are revoked as soon as the boost ends. Boost again to restore the key. If you bought a key and boost the expiration of your key is paused while you boost.
Scripts
- What do Updated, Updating and Needs Update mean?
- Updated: the script works with Latest version of the game. Updating: the game recently updated and fix(s) are in progress. Needs Update: the game has patched something and the script has not been updated yet, so some features may not work. Every status change is also posted to the RSS feed. Subscribe to status changes
- Can I get a refund?
- Purchases are final, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. Refund terms
- What data does Astral keep about me, and can I delete it?
- The Privacy Policy lists what is kept and why. To have your account deleted, open a ticket in the Discord. Read the Privacy Policy
- How do I get support?
- Open a ticket in the Discord server.
