About Astral

Astral is a brand name under which scripts are developed and maintained by a single independent developer, pov. Astral is not a company, corporation, or other legal entity, and no team or organization operates it.

In these Terms, "I", "me", and "my" refer to the developer personally, and "the Script" refers to any script, loader, key, website, or related file released under the Astral name.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Astral. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only buy a key with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for the purchase.

No Affiliation

Astral is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or the developers of any executor. Roblox and Discord are trademarks of their respective owners and are named here only to describe what the Script works with.

As-Is / No Guarantee

The Script is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I do not guarantee that the Script will always function correctly, remain compatible with third-party services, be free of bugs or errors, or meet your individual requirements. A script status of Updated describes my own testing at the time, not a promise. By purchasing the Script, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Accounts & Keys

You are responsible for your account, your password, and every use of your keys. Keep them private.

Each key works on one device at a time. You can unbind your device from the dashboard once every 7 days. further unbinds are at my discretion. A key also requires a linked Discord account to load.

Keys issued for boosting the Discord server stay active only while the boost does and are revoked when it ends.

Payments & Chargebacks

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. I never receive or store your full card or bank details.

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting me first, every key on your account may be revoked and your account blacklisted while the dispute is open and afterwards.

No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. No refunds, cancellations, or reimbursements will be provided due to bugs, compatibility issues, dissatisfaction, lack of use, or any other reason.

Keys are digital content delivered immediately. Where the law allows it, by buying a key you ask for it to be delivered straight away and accept that you lose any statutory right to withdraw from the purchase once it is delivered.

Discontinuation

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Script at any time, with or without notice. This includes updates, features, support, access, compatibility, or the Script itself. No refund or compensation will be owed due to discontinuation, except where required by law.

Pricing

I reserve the right to change the price of the Script at any time, with or without prior notice. I am not obligated to honor previous prices, discounts, promotions, or offers after they have been changed or have expired.

Updates & Support

The Script may be updated, modified, or changed at any time. Features may be added, removed, or modified without notice. Updates and support are provided at my discretion, and I am under no obligation to release updates, respond within a specific timeframe, or maintain any particular feature indefinitely.

Third-Party Services

The Script may rely on third-party software, platforms, APIs, websites, or services outside of my control. I am not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, restrictions, bans, policy changes, discontinued services, or other actions that affect the Script. If a third-party service changes or becomes unavailable, the Script may partially or completely stop functioning.

License & Usage

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Script.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Script or a key.
• Share, leak, or publicly distribute the Script, its files, or your key.
• Claim ownership of the Script or its source code.
• Modify and redistribute the Script as your own product.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, or tamper with the Script or loader, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with licensing, device binding, or any security or anti-abuse measure.
• Attack, overload, scrape, or probe the website or its API.
• Use the Script for unlawful purposes.

Suspension & Termination

I may revoke keys, suspend or blacklist accounts, and refuse service, without notice and without refund, if I reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, abused the Script, or put other users or the service at risk. How breaches are detected is not disclosed.

You can stop using Astral at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive, including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification, survive termination.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Script, including its code, design, documentation, and the Astral name and branding, remain my property unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing the Script does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of the Script, including loss of data, profits, or access, account restrictions, or third-party service issues.

Where liability cannot be excluded, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Script.

Third-Party Account Restrictions

If the Script is used with a third-party platform, you are solely responsible for complying with that platform's Terms of Service, rules, and policies. Using scripts may break those rules. I am not responsible for warnings, suspensions, bans, restrictions, or termination of third-party accounts resulting from your use of the Script.

Privacy

How your information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where I reside, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection the mandatory laws of your own country give you, and you may bring claims in your local courts where those laws allow it.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and me about Astral. Not enforcing a provision does not waive it.

Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Script after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using Astral, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, download, or use the Script.
